The Largest Carnivorous Dinosaur

The largest carnivorous dinosaur known is spinosaurus (mening 'spine lizard').  Based on estimated skull lengths of 1.5 to 1.75 meters, their estimates include a body length of 12.6 to 14.3 meters and a body mass of 12 to 20.9 tonnes. The fossil was found in Egypt in 1912. 
It appear in Jurrasic Park 3 film as the main dinosaur that chase human. In the film, it win fight with tiranosaurus because of it's size.
