Mount Everest is the highest mountain on earth, the peak is 8,848 metres (29,029 ft) above sea level. It is located in the border of China and Nepal. Mount Everest attract many mountaineers to conquer the peak. Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary was the first who can reached the peak of Everest in 1953.
Radhanath Sikdar was the first man who measured the high of Mount Everest by trigonometric in 1852.
The name Everest take from Sir George Everest, Wales surveyor and geographer, and the Surveyor General of India from 1830 through 1843.
